  • Recovering Authenticity was born in 2020 out of a soul searching process and desire to share.

    A yearning for what is true. A soft venture inwards. An embrace of the childlike wonders. An anchoring within the Divine nature this world emanates.

  • Recovering Authenticity is a process in and of itself, that blooms as you find yourself deeply rooted and in open connection to the cosmic powers.

    It doesn’t ask “what more can I do” but “what can I undo”.

    How can I be with what is, while making soul aligned decisions?

    It offers an alternative way, relieved of modern expectations.

    Releasing the ties and points of tension, both in the body and the mind.

    It is an embrace of the slow, mindful, loving and easeful way.

  • This unfolding process is life long as you continue to peel the layers to reveal the magic within, guided by your intuition and ancient wisdom.

All my group offerings held at Oasis Studio, Whitstable are offered at a standard rate.
Alongside this, I offer a small number of community-rate and energy exchange places, in the spirit of Seva — yogic selfless service. I understand that our financial dispositions and income are influenced by social class, race, disabilities, gender and other wider systemic inequalities.

These realities can limit our access to spaces of rest, ritual, and reconnection.

If finances are a barrier, you are warmly invited to reach out to me directly. No explanations are required — this is simply an offering of access and trust. My intention is to create a space that remains inclusive, respectful, and supportive for those who will benefit from these circles.

For those with greater financial ease, your full-rate booking helps sustain this work and supports the continuation of these circles and community offerings.

Chloé Frame

(she/they)

My given name Chloé means “Blooming” in Ancient Greek.

The action of blooming is effortless when we create the environment that is conducive to our growth.

It is an inner space we co-create with our practice. A space of creative freedom and divine exploration.

Recovering our authenticity is equal to this blooming. This natural unfolding as we drop away what was never our’s, allowing the petals (layers of our being) to softly open, revealing the magic within its centre .
