These Moon Circles embrace and support our wild cyclical intuitive nature and our own inner phases of growth and surrender, marking our evolution on our life’s path.
You will be guided through a self-reflection practice as well as a Vinyasa Yoga flow somatically exploring the energetics and heavenly myths of the Vedic Lunar Mansions and archetypes of the zodiac, and a short mantra meditation practiced as an offering to the Lunar deity.
My approach of relating with the Stars is both within the realm of Tropical and Sidereal astrology with an exploration of the Vedic Lunar Mansions (Nakshatras, each representing different Lunar powers). This will offer insights into various ways of interpreting the messages of the Cosmos for a multidimensional understanding that can support us on our spiritual path and throughout our daily life.

An embodied exploration and discussion of the Full Moon themes found within the Libra + Scorpio Archetypes and the Vishika Nakshatra.
Our movement practice will invite you to find your equilibrium and mindfully explore the layers of physicality from skin to bone. Finding balance from within, all the layers of ‘beingness’ enabling a depth of experience.
We will discuss themes of self-worth and attraction connecting to Libra and the union of our shadow and light aspect with the teachings of Scorpio. Bridging our inner world more intimately with the outer.
The Lunar Mansion of Vishika, the Star of Purpose will guide us with the inherent wisdom of our soul desires.

Friday 27th June | New Moon
An embodied exploration and discussion of the New Moon themes found within the Cancer + Gemini Archetypes and the Ardha Nakshatra.
The start of a new lunation begins in Sidereal / True Sky Gemini and Tropical Cancer. A time to plant seeds of emotional intelligence, ancestral healing and clear communication.
Gemini will bring into our discussion how to communicate and bring inner truths to the surface, while Cancer brings support from our ancestral line, especially our mother line.
We will explore and tap into the power of our emotions with the Lunar Mansion of Ardha, the Star of Emotion which is symbolised by a teardrop.
Our movement practice will be slow and fluid, with a moment of free play to allow what needs to move within you to surface and make space for your new seeds of visions and manifestations.
