These Moon Circles embrace and support our wild cyclical intuitive nature and our own inner phases of growth and surrender, marking our evolution on our life’s path.
You will be guided through a self-reflection practice as well as a Vinyasa Yoga flow somatically exploring the energetics and heavenly myths of the Vedic Lunar Mansions and archetypes of the zodiac, closing with a short mantra meditation practiced as an offering to the Lunar deity.
My approach of relating with the Stars is both within the realm of Tropical and Sidereal astrology with an exploration of the Vedic Lunar Mansions (Nakshatras, each representing different Lunar powers). This will offer insights into various ways of interpreting the messages of the Cosmos for a multidimensional understanding that can support you on our spiritual path and throughout our daily life.

An embodied exploration and discussion of the New Moon + Eclipse themes found within the Virgo Archetype and the Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra.
Our movement practice will focus on the grounding and earthy Virgo energy in a series of standing posture.
We will journey into our own Earth element in a meditation that invites our awareness deep into the body all the way from fascia to bones. The medicine of the bodily structure which holds our vital energy.
Eclipses are known for their unpredictable and jolting energy, these offer an opportunity to realign and when handled with grace, they bring us much needed release and vitality, in turn enabling us to anchor into our new reality.
Come practice and spend time conversing to find support and clarity in the uncertainty.
