Celebrating and honouring the cyclical nature.
Throughout the ages, we - humans - have been observing nature’s cycle.
The Seasons, the Moon, the Stars… The cycle of Life and Death itself.
These shared rituals and ceremonies not only honour the cycles of nature but also deepen our understanding of our place within the cosmos, enhancing our personal and collective evolution.
On this land, our ancestors, prior to roman colonisation and the introduction of Christianity, celebrated the seasons following the movements of the Sun and Moon. Gazing up to the heavens they created stories that reflected their reality and dreams here on Earth.
They were deeply connected to the rhythms of nature, to the Earth’s experience and process through her own Life and Death cycles.
Celebrating and honouring the festivals imbued with seasonal wisdom in the way that the stewards of this Land did for thousands of years is a way for us to bridge the gap that our modern day living has created between us and the Earth.
The Earth remembers how we spoke and engaged with her. We can learn to speak this language once again.
The trees remember our songs. The rocks remember our prayers. The water remembers our blessings.

Bealtaine Yoga Circle
We gather at this time to honour Beltane (anglicised), the ancient fire festival that marks the threshold into early Summer and the heightening of life’s creative force. Sitting opposite Samhain on the Wheel of the Year, Beltane is a moment where the veil once again thins :: this time, it is through vitality, sensuality, and aliveness that we meet the unseen.
The Earth is in full bloom. Blossoms open wide, the air is rich with fragrance, and life pulses with colour, movement, and desire. This is the season where energy rises .:. where what has been growing quietly now begins to express itself fully and unapologetically.
Beltane carries the energy of union and creation. Traditionally honouring the sacred marriage between Earth and Sky, it reminds us of the generative power that exists when opposites meet :: masculine and feminine, body and spirit, inner and outer worlds.
This is a time to celebrate the body as a vessel of life force, to awaken the senses, and to move with the rhythm of instinct and intuition. There is a natural magnetism here, an invitation to say yes to what feels enlivening, to what brings warmth, connection, and joy.
As we gather in circle, we breathe into the heart and hips, into the spaces where creation and expression live. We honour the fire within, not as something to control, but as something to tend with reverence.

All my group offerings held at Oasis Studio, Whitstable are offered at a standard rate.
Alongside this, I offer a small number of community-rate and energy exchange places, in the spirit of Seva — yogic selfless service. I understand that our financial dispositions and income are influenced by social class, race, disabilities, gender and other wider systemic inequalities.
These realities can limit our access to spaces of rest, ritual, and reconnection.
If finances are a barrier, you are warmly invited to reach out to me directly. No explanations are required — this is simply an offering of access and trust. My intention is to create a space that remains inclusive, respectful, and supportive for those who will benefit from these circles.
For those with greater financial ease, your full-rate booking helps sustain this work and supports the continuation of these circles and community offerings.
