Celebrating and honouring the cyclical nature.

Throughout the ages, we - humans - have been observing nature’s cycle.

The Seasons, the Moon, the Stars… The cycle of Life and Death itself.

These shared rituals and ceremonies not only honour the cycles of nature but also deepen our understanding of our place within the cosmos, enhancing our personal and collective evolution.

On this land, our ancestors, prior to roman colonisation and the introduction of Christianity, celebrated the seasons following the movements of the Sun and Moon. Gazing up to the heavens they created stories that reflected their reality and dreams here on Earth.

They were deeply connected to the rhythms of nature, to the Earth’s experience and process through her own Life and Death cycles.

Celebrating and honouring the festivals imbued with seasonal wisdom in the way that the stewards of this Land did for thousands of years is a way for us to bridge the gap that our modern day living has created between us and the Earth.

The Earth remembers how we spoke and engaged with her. We can learn to speak this language once again.

The trees remember our songs. The rocks remember our prayers. The water remembers our blessings.

Mabon Yoga Circle

We gather at this time to celebrate the Autumn Equinox, also known on the Celtic Wheel of the Year as Mabon. We now start to orient ourselves inward before taking our first steps into the more reflective part of the year. Mabon marks the balance between the shortening days and growing nights.

This is Harvest season in which we get to gather and enjoy all the bounties Summer has provided, whether these are the fruits of physical or metaphorical seeds you planted.
It is a moment to relish in the fruits of your labour. To recognise the journey you took through the Summer months and how navigating the peak energies of Summer’s fullness brought new lessons and ways of being.

It is a gentle welcoming as the trees showcase their warm colours, as if the life-giving Sun was encoded within each leaf, their burning hues and the golden light guiding us back.

  • What a wonderful experience. I left the ceremony walking on air. Chloe held such a calm, safe and beautiful space and I felt so supported by her as she guided us through a stunning process of connection with ourselves and our ancestors. I feel ready to embrace the coming darker months with a new sense of peace. Thank you.
