Let’s move and breathe together.

Intuitive Flow is a guided open practice that invites you into a deeper relationship with your body, breath, and inner intelligence.

Rather than following a fixed sequence, this practice centres on listening. You’ll be supported to tune into sensation, impulse, and need — allowing movement (or stillness) to arise organically from within. Familiar yoga postures and transitions may appear, but they are approached as invitations rather than instructions, shaped by your own lived experience in the moment.

Through slow guidance, spacious time for self-led exploration, and moments of rest and integration, Intuitive Flow supports:

  • nervous system regulation and liberation

  • interoceptive awareness (the ability to sense and respond to inner cues)

  • trust in your body’s wisdom

  • a more sustainable, compassionate relationship with practice

This is a practice especially supportive if you:

  • struggle with rigid routines or consistency

  • feel disconnected from your body or intuition

  • are moving through stress, transition, or fatigue

  • wish to explore yoga beyond performance or perfection

Intuitive Flow honours cyclical energy and changing capacities — recognising that we do not feel or need to move the same way every day. You are encouraged to meet yourself exactly as you are, without pressure to achieve, perform, or push.

Each masterclass includes:

  • a self centring and fluid warm up sequence

  • somatic cues to support embodied listening

  • extended time for open, intuitive movement or rest

  • a softly held closing to integrate the experience

No prior experience is required.
You don’t need to be flexible or “good at yoga.”
You simply need a body — and a willingness to listen.

This is a practice of remembrance:
of coming back into relationship with yourself,
and learning to let practice support life, rather than add another demand to it.
