Winter offers us the opportunity to slow down and turn inwards but for many of us the lack of sun and cold temperatures can have a noticeable effect on our mental health especially if we expect ourselves to keep up the warmer days' pace.
Together we will explore the importance of slowing down and embracing darkness. Think of this as a community ritual to welcome winter.
It will be two hours of shared relaxation and regeneration using embodied movement and breath practices, as well as Yoga Nidra to access deep rest and Reiki Healing to strengthen our connection to the Universe and promote our organic flow of energy.
There will also be some time at the end to share what has come up for us over a cup of herbal tea.
